Software Licensing

Certain hardware products may contain embedded software that requires a valid software license from the original manufacturer for legal operation. Customers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary software licenses, upgrades, updates, and maintenance agreements directly from the manufacturer in accordance with the applicable Software Licensing Agreements.

YALIX AUTOMATION supplies hardware products only and does not resell, transfer, or provide software licenses. Customers acknowledge and agree that we do not provide any operating system software, software ownership rights, or rights-to-use licenses with any products sold.

Our products are sourced through an established global network of end users, independent distributors, resellers, surplus asset recovery companies, and third-party suppliers.
